We will provide a precise description of the structures identified (typically adjacent to or near the proposed construction site). We will document the condition of all types of properties through visual observations, notes, videotaping and other diagnostic devices as warranted by the project.
By having our in-house design team design the space, we can shorten the project schedule and provide an ongoing understanding of cost, schedule and scope of work throughout the process. As the owner, you don’t want to be stuck in the middle of an Architect and Contractor blaming each other of problems on the job.
